Write to us about anything: a book that didn’t convert properly, a billing question, a refund, a data request, or a feature you wish existed. We aim to reply within a couple of working days.

If a conversion went wrong

Two things make a problem much faster to fix, if you can include them:

• The reference code shown with the error message, if you saw one.
• The .docx file you uploaded, or a small part of it that shows the problem. We only use it to reproduce your issue, and delete it afterwards.

Before you write

A few things that come up often: the PDF is the interior of your print book — your cover is a separate file that you upload directly to your printer (though you can also upload a cover here for the EPUB). Books uploaded without signing in are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity, so download your files when they’re ready — signing in keeps your books stored until you delete them.
