Try the whole thing before you pay

You do not have to subscribe to find out whether doc2epub works for your book. Uploading a manuscript, correcting the chapters, choosing your settings and generating the files are all free, and you can read the complete finished book — every page, watermarked — before you decide. Please do that first: it is the surest way to know you’re buying something that works for you.

Charges are final

Because you can see the finished result in full before subscribing, we don’t refund charges that have already been made, and we don’t refund part-used periods. Cancelling stops future payments rather than reversing past ones.

If something went wrong on our side — you were charged twice, the service was down, or it produced files it shouldn’t have — that’s different. Write to support@doc2epub.com and we’ll put it right.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If you are entitled to cancel or to a refund by law, that applies regardless of what this page says.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — open the account menu and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term, and any book you have already downloaded stays yours.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. Pro features pause while the payment is outstanding and resume as soon as it succeeds — update your card from Manage subscription at any time.
